ERP Application Specialist (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Business Central

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems mit Schwerpunkt Business Central.

  • Du analysierst, priorisierst und bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen über ein internes Ticketsystem.

  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Prozessen und konzipierst passende Systemanpassungen.

  • Du entwickelst, konfigurierst und testest individuelle Erweiterungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen.

  • Du begleitest ERP-Projekte (z. B. Erweiterungen, Modulimplementierungen oder Prozessanpassungen) inklusive Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Entwicklungspartnern zusammen.

  • Du erstellst Prozessbeschreibungen, Fachkonzepte und Testfälle.

  • Du wirkst bei Systemtests, Abnahmen und der Integration neuer Funktionen mit.

  • Du schulst und berätst Key User sowie Anwender*innen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Praxiserfahrung in der Betreuung oder Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen

  • Ein gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe und Prozesse

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umfeld Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Kenntnisse in AL sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Visual Studio Code

  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft-Anwendungen

  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Datenbanken sowie idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Cloud- oder Automatisierungstechnologien

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Eine strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
