Senior RAN / RF Optimization Engineer – Open RAN
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (On-Site)
We are supporting a leading telecommunications vendor delivering next-generation Open RAN network deployments in Germany. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Senior Network Performance / Optimization Engineer to join their Düsseldorf office on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end network performance optimisation across live RAN environments
- Advanced root cause analysis and technical problem resolution
- Performance troubleshooting across multi-vendor Open RAN architecture
- UE log analysis and PCAP analysis
- VoLTE performance optimisation and troubleshooting
- Continuous KPI monitoring, improvement planning, and execution
Required Experience
- Strong background in RAN architecture and optimisation
- Proven experience in network performance engineering within LTE / 5G environments
- Hands-on experience with UE logs, packet capture analysis, and VoLTE
- Ability to operate independently in a high-performance, delivery-focused environment
