Verantwortung für Infrastrukturprojekte
Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten im Umfeld von 110-kV-Bahnstromleitungen und steuerst diese von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Dabei hast Du Termine, Budget und Qualitätsziele stets im Blick.

Organisation der Baustellenabläufe
Die Planung und Koordination von Baustelleneinsätzen gehört zu Deinem Tagesgeschäft. Du stellst sicher, dass Personal, Material und Subunternehmen optimal eingesetzt werden und bist regelmäßig auf den Baustellen präsent.

Technische Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Vorgaben
Du sorgst dafür, dass sämtliche Bau- und Montagearbeiten gemäß den relevanten technischen Standards sowie den spezifischen Anforderungen des Bahnumfelds durchgeführt werden.

Abstimmung mit Projektbeteiligten
Als zentrale Schnittstelle im Projekt arbeitest Du eng mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und weiteren Projektpartnern zusammen. Dabei koordinierst Du Abstimmungen, bearbeitest Änderungen im Projektverlauf und kümmerst Dich um vertragliche Themen.

Sicherstellung von Standards und Projektdokumentation
Du stellst sicher, dass Vorschriften zu Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Umweltschutz konsequent eingehalten werden und sorgst für eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs.


Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energieinfrastruktur, idealerweise als Projekt- oder Bauleiter

  • Fachliche Kenntnisse im Umfeld von 110-kV-Bahnstromsystemen oder Hochspannungsinfrastruktur

  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten sowie in der Führung von Teams

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands

  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektpartnern

My tasks: Technical management of permitting and planning for underground cable projects – from application through to construction implementation, Commissioning, reviewing and supporting technical expert reports and approval documents, including environmental, soil protection and, where relevant, archaeological / heritage-related assessments, Coordination of all relevant application documents required for approval procedures, Preparation of tender documents and conducting the technical part of contract negotiations, Management of compensation and mitigation measures, including consideration of archaeological or heritage-related requirements where applicable, Process management of all permitting-related issues in the approval process – with constructive involvement of internal interfaces and external authorities, Leading the project team and service providers in your own specialist project, including schedule, cost and risk management, Sovereign communication with authorities, stakeholders and the interested public, Support throughout the construction phase until completion, including monitoring compliance with permit requirements and protecting relevant environmental and cultural heritage interests, Documentation of the entire process and ensuring structured knowledge management. This role is ideal for someone who understands how regulatory requirements translate into practical organisational controls. You will help ensure the business is secure against internal and external threats by assessing risks, strengthening governance, coordinating security measures, and preparing the organisation for audits, certifications, and regulatory reviews.
