When looking for a telecoms job in the UK or abroad it would appear that RIZE Worldwide is the place to come, especially if you are looking for a professional recruitment service. In a recent survey of its contractors 76% of respondents were either extremely satisfied (35%) or very satisfied (41%) with the overall service provided by RIZE, with 70% definitely happy to recommend RIZE to their colleagues. All but 5% of respondents felt RIZE were at least as good as other recruitment companies with 72% saying we were either better (24%) or much better (48%).
Finding telecoms professionals a job is after all a service. A service provided not only to the end client looking for the new hire but also to the candidate. Recruitment is a service business and at RIZE we train our staff in delivering a quality service.
The professionalism and knowledge of RIZE personnel when explaining the role through to the on-going care once on assignment scored particularly highly - 70-90% of candidates were either very satisfied or extremely satisfied. Perhaps most importantly 85-90% of contractors were satisfied with the payment and invoicing process.
It is imperative that all links in the chain are working effectively, from the initial introduction call through to finding the candidate another opportunity once the assignment has been completed.
