Construction Manager – Data Centre Build Frankfurt, Germany (Full-Time, On-Site) Fluent German & English Required We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a site-based leadership role overseeing the project from early works through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities > Full lifecycle construction management (pre-construction to handover) > Management of general contractors and CSA/MEP subcontractors > Programme, budget and risk control > Health & Safety and quality oversight in line with German regulations > Primary liaison with local councils and regulatory authorities > Main on-site point of contact for all construction-related matters > Coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams Profile > Strong experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical construction projects > Proven end-to-end project leadership capability > Solid understanding of German building regulations and permitting > Fluent German and English > Willing to relocate to Frankfurt and work full-time on site This is a high-responsibility role within a growing digital infrastructure environment in Frankfurt.
