Construction Manager – Data Centre Build
Frankfurt, Germany (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a site-based leadership role overseeing the project from early works through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
> Full lifecycle construction management (pre-construction to handover)
> Management of general contractors and CSA/MEP subcontractors
> Programme, budget and risk control
> Health & Safety and quality oversight in line with German regulations
> Primary liaison with local councils and regulatory authorities
> Main on-site point of contact for all construction-related matters
> Coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams
Profile
> Strong experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical construction projects
> Proven end-to-end project leadership capability
> Solid understanding of German building regulations and permitting
> Fluent German and English
> Willing to relocate to Frankfurt and work full-time on site

Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Freileitungsbau, idealerweise im Umfeld von Hochspannungsleitungen (220-kV / 380-kV) Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung von Infrastruktur- oder Energieprojekten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Polnischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, insbesondere für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Montageteams Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Führerschein Klasse B Bereitschaft, regelmäßig Baustellen innerhalb von Berlin / Brandenburg (ca. 200 km Radius) zu besuchen Das wird geboten Langfristige Projekte im Rahmen des Netzausbaus und der Energiewende Verantwortungsvolle Rolle mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Projekt- und Montageteams im Bereich Hochspannungsinfrastruktur Strukturierte Projekte mit planbarer Baustellenpräsenz (ca. 2 Tage pro Woche)

Stellenbeschreibung: Projektmanager Freileitungen – Dokumentationsverantwortung (m/w/d) Als Projektmanager für Freileitungsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Dokumentation sind Sie verantwortlich für die strukturierte Planung, Organisation und Pflege aller projektbezogenen Unterlagen. Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der Sicherstellung einer vollständigen, nachvollziehbaren und normgerechten Dokumentation während aller Projektphasen – von der Planung über die Bauausführung bis zur Projektabnahme. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehört die Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von technischen Dokumentationen, Genehmigungsunterlagen, Bautagebüchern sowie Abnahme- und Übergabedokumenten. Sie koordinieren den Dokumentationsfluss zwischen internen Teams, Ingenieurbüros, Bauunternehmen und Auftraggebern und stellen sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen fristgerecht und in der geforderten Qualität bereitgestellt werden.
