Koordinator Breitbandplanung & Dokumentation Standort Remote Anforderungen Deutschkenntnisse auf C-Niveau Vertragsart Contract / Freelance / Temporär Über die Position Wir suchen einen Koordinator Breitbandplanung & Dokumentation zur Unterstützung von Planungs- und Dokumentationstätigkeiten in geförderten Breitbandausbauprojekten. Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt auf Ausbaugebieten im Rahmen des „Weiße-Flecken“-Breitbandprogramms. Dabei wird sichergestellt, dass die Projektdokumentation vollständig, korrekt, regelkonform und gemäß den geforderten Standards geliefert wird. Diese Position eignet sich besonders für Personen mit Erfahrung im Breitbandausbau, in der GIS-Dokumentation, Baudokumentation oder in Telekommunikationsinfrastrukturprojekten. Hauptaufgaben Im Rahmen dieser Position übernehmen Sie klar definierte Arbeitspakete im Bereich Planung und Dokumentation innerhalb geförderter Breitbandausbauprojekte. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: Prüfung der von Planungsdienstleistern erstellten Vor- und Rumpfdokumentationen auf Vollständigkeit, Genauigkeit und sachliche Richtigkeit. Sicherstellung, dass die Dokumentation den geltenden GIS-Anforderungen sowie projektspezifischen Standards entspricht. Identifikation von Unstimmigkeiten, Planungsfehlern und Dokumentationsmängeln. Abstimmung mit Planungsdienstleistern zur Klärung von Sachverhalten und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung erforderlicher Korrekturen. Erstellung und Prüfung vollständiger Projektdokumentationen unter Verwendung von BMDV-Dateien, Fotodokumentationen, Änderungsanzeigen und weiteren projektbezogenen Unterlagen. Beschaffung fehlender Dokumente oder Informationen bei Dienstleistern, Projektleitern und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern. Prüfung von Bohr- und Messprotokollen auf Vollständigkeit und Genauigkeit. Koordination der Kommunikation zwischen Planungsdienstleistern, Baudienstleistern, lokalen Behörden und internen Projektbeteiligten. Unterstützung bei der reibungslosen Bereitstellung von Dokumentationspaketen für geförderte Breitbandausbauprojekte. Anforderungen Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über: Erfahrung im Breitbandausbau, Glasfaserausbau, in der Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur, Versorgungswirtschaft, im Tiefbau oder in einem verwandten Bereich. Fundiertes Verständnis von Planungs- und Baudokumentationsprozessen. Vertrautheit mit GIS-Dokumentationsanforderungen und Standards im Breitbandausbau. Erfahrung im Umgang mit BMDV-Dokumentationen, Fotodokumentationen, Änderungsanzeigen, Bohrprotokollen oder Messprotokollen. Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Unstimmigkeiten in technischen Dokumentationen zu erkennen. Sicheres Kommunikationsvermögen im Umgang mit Dienstleistern, Projektteams und öffentlichen Stakeholdern. Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Dokumentations-Arbeitsstränge parallel zu steuern. Deutschkenntnisse, die für die Prüfung technischer Dokumentationen und die Kommunikation mit lokalen Stakeholdern geeignet sind.
