Permitting and Approvals Consultant - Archaeology Focus
My tasks:
Technical management of permitting and planning for underground cable projects – from application through to construction implementation,
Commissioning, reviewing and supporting technical expert reports and approval documents, including environmental, soil protection and, where relevant, archaeological / heritage-related assessments,
Coordination of all relevant application documents required for approval procedures,
Preparation of tender documents and conducting the technical part of contract negotiations,
Management of compensation and mitigation measures, including consideration of archaeological or heritage-related requirements where applicable,
Process management of all permitting-related issues in the approval process – with constructive involvement of internal interfaces and external authorities,
Leading the project team and service providers in your own specialist project, including schedule, cost and risk management,
Sovereign communication with authorities, stakeholders and the interested public,
Support throughout the construction phase until completion, including monitoring compliance with permit requirements and protecting relevant environmental and cultural heritage interests,
Documentation of the entire process and ensuring structured knowledge management.
