Role Overview
The Senior Montageleiter Freileitungsbau acts as the Managing Director’s direct operational representative for all overhead line construction activities. This role requires hands-on site leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of transmission line projects across Germany.
The position is suited to a trusted, autonomous leader capable of making on-site decisions independently and representing senior management toward clients and partners.

The Senior Montageleiter Freileitungsbau acts as the Managing Director’s direct operational representative for all overhead line construction activities. This role requires hands-on site leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of transmission line projects across Germany.
The position is suited to a trusted, autonomous leader capable of making on-site decisions independently and representing senior management toward clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all installation works (mast erection, stringing, tensioning, fittings)
- Act as the Managing Director’s right-hand on construction and site matters
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors; coordinate resources and logistics
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality, and technical standards
- Represent the company toward clients, grid operators, and inspectors
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report directly to the Managing Director
Profile & Requirements
- Extensive experience in Freileitungsbau / overhead line construction
- Proven leadership on HV transmission projects (110kV–525kV)
- Strong decision-maker with high reliability and sense of responsibility
- Excellent site leadership, safety awareness, and communication skill
- Willingness to travel and work on construction sites across Germany
- German fluent; English advantageous
