We are currently supporting a network operator in Baden-Württemberg in the search for Project Managers for fiber optic expansion in South Baden-Württemberg.

Your Job:

Take responsibility for the smooth execution of our infrastructure projects and act as the central interface for cities, customers, partners, and service providers.
Plan, organize, and coordinate everything necessary for project success – from tendering and awarding contracts to implementation.
Keep all threads in hand, manage external partners, and ensure that funding is used and accounted for correctly.
Represent our projects at information events and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
Monitor KPIs and keep technical leadership informed.

Your Profile:

Degree in civil or industrial engineering, a comparable qualification, or a relevant training program with several years of experience.
Solid experience in broadband, network, or civil engineering and in project management.
Knowledge of tendering and planning procedures – experience with funding programs is a plus.
Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to bring teams and stakeholders together.
Confident in MS Office and fluent in German.
