Deine Aufgaben

Projektsteuerung und Bauüberwachung
Du verantwortest die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau sowie im Bereich von 110-kV-Bahnstromanlagen. Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass die Arbeiten fachgerecht, innerhalb der vereinbarten Termine und im vorgesehenen Budgetrahmen ausgeführt werden.

Leitung von Baustellenteams
Du übernimmst die Führung von Montageteams auf Baustellen in ganz Deutschland. Dazu gehört die Organisation von Personalressourcen, die Planung des Materialeinsatzes sowie die Abstimmung und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern.

Baustellenorganisation und operative Koordination
Mehrmals pro Woche bist Du direkt auf der Baustelle präsent, koordinierst die Montageabläufe, weist Mitarbeitende ein und sorgst dafür, dass alle erforderlichen Qualifikationen und Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllt werden.

Abstimmung mit Projektbeteiligten
Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggebern, Behörden und Projektpartnern. Auch bei Änderungen oder zusätzlichen Leistungen behältst Du den Überblick und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation.

Sicherstellung von Standards und Dokumentation
Du achtest darauf, dass alle Arbeiten gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften zu Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Umweltschutz durchgeführt werden und stellst eine vollständige und strukturierte Projektdokumentation sicher.


Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder Stahlbau

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau sowie in der Führung von Teams

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse oder Projekterfahrung im Umfeld von 110-kV-Bahnstromleitungen oder Energieinfrastruktur

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Teamorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

My tasks: Technical management of permitting and planning for underground cable projects – from application through to construction implementation, Commissioning, reviewing and supporting technical expert reports and approval documents, including environmental, soil protection and, where relevant, archaeological / heritage-related assessments, Coordination of all relevant application documents required for approval procedures, Preparation of tender documents and conducting the technical part of contract negotiations, Management of compensation and mitigation measures, including consideration of archaeological or heritage-related requirements where applicable, Process management of all permitting-related issues in the approval process – with constructive involvement of internal interfaces and external authorities, Leading the project team and service providers in your own specialist project, including schedule, cost and risk management, Sovereign communication with authorities, stakeholders and the interested public, Support throughout the construction phase until completion, including monitoring compliance with permit requirements and protecting relevant environmental and cultural heritage interests, Documentation of the entire process and ensuring structured knowledge management.
