We are currently supporting a network operator in the search for construction supervisors (m/f/d) for fiber optic expansion in South Baden-Württemberg.

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise construction sites on location, ensure quality, and coordinate general contractors.
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, standards, and permits.
Serve as the main point of contact for construction companies, coordinate trades, and monitor the execution of work.
Ensure occupational health and safety on all construction sites.
Lead site meetings independently and manage defect tracking.
Responsible for documentation in accordance with funding requirements and supporting billing-related documents.
Review offers, change orders, and technical alternatives.
The role involves regular travel within the region.
Additionally, you will take on cross-departmental tasks and special projects.

Your Profile:

Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., construction technician, civil or network construction) with several years of experience.
Solid knowledge of network and civil engineering, ideally also in broadband expansion.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., VOB) and experience with safety and health protection.
Experience with construction projects in municipal environments is a plus.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently.
Confident in MS Office and possession of a Class B driver’s license.
Willingness to travel and fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
