Site Acquisition Manager – Mobile Infrastructure (Germany)
Location: Hybrid, remote with travel across Germany
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end acquisition of mobile network sites from first contact through contract signing

Identify and evaluate potential sites, including on-site assessments of technical, regulatory, and economic feasibility

Conduct negotiations with property owners, municipalities, utility companies, and public authorities

Manage site visits and stakeholder meetings to advance agreements toward completion

Negotiate and finalize lease, usage, and access agreements ensuring legal robustness and buildability

Prepare acquired sites for implementation and coordinate with planning, construction, technical, and legal teams until construction readiness

Maintain transparent documentation of site data, contract status, timelines, and project risks
