Project Coordination & Delivery Management

Overall ownership of fibre deployment initiatives across all phases, from initial planning through to final delivery

Ongoing oversight of financials, timelines, and delivery checkpoints, with proactive identification of variances

Governance of project management processes to ensure financial discipline and adherence to agreed controls

Development of performance summaries, forward-looking projections, and mitigation measures where required

Provision of structured updates to senior leadership, including operational dashboards and KPI-based reporting
Build Execution & Operational Oversight

Day-to-day coordination and operational guidance of on-site construction activities across defined rollout phases

Assessment of technical feasibility and validation or adjustment of incoming work orders

Handover of engineering scopes and technical packages to delivery partners and service providers

Monitoring supplier performance, addressing shortfalls, and escalating issues in line with agreed frameworks

Accountability for construction-related supply flows, including equipment availability and material coordination
Client, Partner & Commercial Interface

Review and contribution to commercial agreements and delivery frameworks with clients

Primary coordination point for external project representatives on the client side

Active management of stakeholder relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction across all parties

Enforcement of delivery commitments through structured governance forums, progress reviews, and performance reporting

Support to commercial teams in managing payment cycles and outstanding balances linked to delivery contracts
Compliance, Records & Approvals

Assurance that all project records are complete, traceable, and compliant with contractual and funding obligations

Coordination support for approval processes, including engagement with local authorities and public bodies

Contribution to financial close-out activities and project-level cost reconciliation
Operational Excellence & Process Development

Review and refinement of delivery frameworks and end-to-end operational workflows
-
Identification and implementation of improvements within project governance and PMO structures
