About the job
In this key position, you will play an active role in expanding modern infrastructure and work at the interface between the general contractor, municipalities, and business partners. As the central point of contact for municipalities, you will drive projects forward with foresight, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of differing stakeholder interests. We are looking for someone who proactively engages with stakeholders, structures complex topics clearly, and builds trust through a confident and professional manner. Even during dynamic project phases, you maintain an overview, identify challenges at an early stage, and develop solution-oriented strategies. In doing so, you combine analytical thinking with pragmatic execution skills and make a significant contribution to sustainable project success.
Responsibilities
Supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle
Building, maintaining, and further developing strong relationships with municipalities, authorities, and strategic partners
Managing communication and coordination with all relevant municipal and partner stakeholders
Preparing, leading, and documenting initial coordination meetings and discussions with municipalities
Identifying risks and developing appropriate measures for conflict prevention and resolution
Coordinating and tracking applications, permits, approvals, and extensions
Managing external service providers and supporting the selection, onboarding, and collaboration with subcontractors and partners
Contributing to the optimization of internal processes, particularly in CRM, documentation, and reporting
Preparing presentations and materials for municipalities, partners, and internal stakeholders
Supporting cross-functional tasks in project and certification management
Skills
Completed university or higher education degree
Several years of professional experience in municipal management or stakeholder management (or in a comparable interface role)
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Proactive communication skills and a confident, professional presence
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Fluent German language skills (C2 or native level)
Very good English language skills (at least C1)
Additional foreign languages at B2 level are an advantage (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Greek)
