Project Coordinator

Rollout Coordinator (m/w/d) – Mobilfunkinfrastruktur Für die Unterstützung beim Ausbau von Mobilfunkinfrastrukturprojekten in Deutschland suchen wir einen Rollout Coordinator (m/w/d). Die Position umfasst die Koordination von Baustellenaktivitäten, die Unterstützung von Installations- und Bauarbeiten sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Rollout-Aktivitäten unter Berücksichtigung von Projektzeitplänen, Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsvorgaben. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Projektbeteiligten, technischen Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um den erfolgreichen Ausbau und die Implementierung moderner Mobilfunkinfrastruktur im Bereich 4G / 5G zu unterstützen. Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Bau- und Installationsarbeiten an Mobilfunkstandorten Sicherstellung der Baustellenbereitschaft für Installation, Integration und Inbetriebnahme Koordination von Installationsteams und externen Dienstleistern vor Ort Überwachung des Fortschritts der Arbeiten an den jeweiligen Standorten Unterstützung bei Rollout- und Netzausbauprojekten im Mobilfunkumfeld Mitwirkung bei der Koordination von Ressourcen wie Personal, Material und Ausrüstung Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards (HSE) Erstellung von Statusupdates und Reports zum Fortschritt der Standorte Ihr Profil Technischer Hintergrund in Telekommunikation, Elektrotechnik oder Bauwesen von Vorteil Erste Erfahrung in Mobilfunk-, Telekommunikations- oder Bauprojekten Erfahrung in der Koordination von Installationsteams oder externen Dienstleistern von Vorteil Gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zu Projektstandorten Deutsch: fließend oder verhandlungssicher Englisch: gute Kenntnisse

As the central point of contact for municipalities, you will drive projects forward with foresight, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of differing stakeholder interests. We are looking for someone who proactively engages with stakeholders, structures complex topics clearly, and builds trust through a confident and professional manner. Even during dynamic project phases, you maintain an overview, identify challenges at an early stage, and develop solution-oriented strategies.
